Think of me as a "functional health detective or a Holistic Nutritionist. While a traditional nutritionist might focus solely on calories or food groups, an NTP looks at the foundations of your health: digestion, blood sugar, mineral balance, and your nervous system. My goal isn't just to tell you what to eat, but to help your body actually use the nutrients you’re giving it.

Working with a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is a bit different than a traditional doctor’s visit. We aren't here for a 10-minute chat and a quick fix; we are here to do the deep, rewarding work of foundational healing.
Before we even meet, you’ll complete a comprehensive health history and a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire. This allows me to see the "big picture" of your health—looking at everything from your digestion and mineral balance to your stress levels and sleep quality.
During our initial 60-minute consultation, we’ll connect the dots. We don’t just look at what symptoms you have, but why they are happening. Together, we’ll co-create your Simply Nourished Roadmap, prioritizing the changes that will give you the most relief with the least amount of overwhelm.
You’ll leave our sessions with more than just advice; you’ll have a clear, bio-individual plan. This includes specific food recommendations, targeted supplement support, and simple lifestyle shifts that fit your actual schedule. No "perfection" required—just progress.
Healing isn't a straight line, and you shouldn’t have to walk it alone. In between our bi-weekly sessions, you have unlimited email support. Whether you’re confused at the grocery store or need an adjustment to your protocol, I’m in your corner to ensure the plan actually sticks.
As your body begins to find balance, your needs will change. Every 6 weeks, we’ll re-assess your progress using updated "Food & Mood" journals and symptom tracking. This ensures your protocol is always evolving alongside your healing.

Life happens! I understand that family, work, and health shifts can arise. To ensure that I can support all of my clients effectively, I require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

IBecause of the intensive nature of the Simply Nourished Method and the immediate access you receive to digital resources, proprietary materials, and my dedicated consulting time, all sales are final. I am fully committed to your success and put my heart into every client journey. However, foundational healing is a partnership. While I provide the map and the tools, the results depend on your commitment to the process. If you have concerns about your progress, I am always here to pivot our strategy and support you in finding a path that works for your bio-individual needs.

Think of this as a "fit" call! During our time together, we will:
Chat about your goals: You’ll share what you’re currently struggling with and what you hope to achieve.
Explain the process: I’ll briefly explain how I work as an NTP and what a partnership looks like.
Answer your questions: You can ask me anything about my programs, pricing, or the foundations of Nutritional Therapy.
Determine next steps: If we both feel like it’s a great match, I’ll help you choose the best package to get started!

I’m a firm believer that packaged food is not the fix, and neither is a $400 grocery bill you can’t maintain. We prioritize the "biggest wins" for your specific foundations—like sourcing quality fats or balancing minerals—while working within your actual budget. I’ll show you how to navigate the market strategically, focusing on what matters most for your unique body.
Not necessarily! My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, not to force you into a "perfect" box that doesn't fit your life.
On Being Gluten-Free: . In our work together, we use a bio-individual approach. We don't remove foods based on trends; we look at how your body digests and reacts to them.
On Eating Organic: We live in the real world. We focus on Foundations first. Often, when we support your digestion and blood sugar, your body becomes much more resilient. We aim for better, not perfect. My mission is to help you find the most nourishing, diverse diet that works for your budget, your family, and your unique body.

Actually, that’s exactly why The Simply Nourished Method exists. If you feel like you don't have the time or energy to "be healthy," this is for you. I specialize in helping busy, burnt-out clients find the simplest path to wellness. We don't do perfection here; we do practical, root-cause shifts that fit into your real life.
