The Market Edit In this 60-minute guided experience, we take the lessons from your kitchen into the real world. We’ll navigate your local market together (virtually or in person) to build a grocery list that honors your foundations and simplifies your life.     2. The Strategy Session: We’ll meet to review your results and co-create your Simply Nourished Action Plan. You’ll leave this call with clear, practical steps to start right away.

    3. The Implementation: Over the next 16 weeks, we’ll meet every week until midway and then move to every other week to adjust your plan, troubleshoot obstacles, and ensure your new habits are sticking.

    4. The Evolution: At week 8, we’ll re-evaluate your progress with updated assessments, fine-tuning your protocol for maximum results.

    5. The Graduation: After our final session, I’ll provide a full week of "wrap-up" email support to ensure you feel confident moving forward

This allows us to connect deeply and do the work of root-cause healing from the comfort of your own home—wherever you are. All your intake forms, food journals, and personalized protocols are handled through a private, easy-to-use client portal. It’s professional, clinical support delivered with total convenience.

  • Think of an NTP as your 'Health Detective.' Nutritional Therapy is a science-based approach to wellness that focuses on the bio-individuality of every person. As your NTP, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all diets. Instead, I look at your unique health history and current symptoms to find the root cause of your burnout or digestive issues. I then translate that complex science into a simple, nourishing plan that actually works for your lifestyle.

    • While I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I am not a doctor and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. I work alongside your medical team to support your body’s foundational health through nutrition

  • Working with a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is a bit different than a traditional doctor’s visit. We aren't here for a 10-minute chat and a quick fix; we are here to do the deep, rewarding work of foundational healing.

    Before we even meet, you’ll complete a comprehensive health history and a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire. This allows me to see the "big picture" of your health—looking at everything from your digestion and mineral balance to your stress levels and sleep quality.

    During our initial 60-minute consultation, we’ll connect the dots. We don’t just look at what symptoms you have, but why they are happening. Together, we’ll co-create your Simply Nourished Roadmap, prioritizing the changes that will give you the most relief with the least amount of overwhelm.

    You’ll leave our sessions with more than just advice; you’ll have a clear, bio-individual plan. This includes specific food recommendations, targeted supplement support, and simple lifestyle shifts that fit your actual schedule. No "perfection" required—just progress.

    Healing isn't a straight line, and you shouldn’t have to walk it alone. In between our bi-weekly sessions, you have unlimited email support. Whether you’re confused at the grocery store or need an adjustment to your protocol, I’m in your corner to ensure the plan actually sticks.

    As your body begins to find balance, your needs will change. Every 6 weeks, we’ll re-assess your progress using updated "Food & Mood" journals and symptom tracking. This ensures your protocol is always evolving alongside your healing.

  • Because of the deep, personalized nature of the work we do together and the time dedicated to your case review and protocol design, all sales are final and I do not offer refunds. If you need to reschedule a session, I kindly ask for 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer that time to another client and ensures we keep your healing momentum on track.
